Launch a crew
Begin where you are.
You don’t need professional equipment or formal leadership experience. You need a community you care about and the willingness to listen.
We'll help you begin.
Crew Leads will receive a downloadable Crew Toolkit with event plans, discussion prompts, storytelling templates, and guidance for hosting their first gathering.
Event plans and discussion prompts
Story and film-production templates
Community partnership guidance
Tools for organizing your first gathering
The Crew Toolkit is currently in development for Crew Leads.
Before you begin.
Start small
One event or short-term project is enough.
Listen first
Center the people closest to the story.
Create with care
Use consent, respect, and accessibility.
Tell us where you'd like to begin.
This is an interest form, not a test.
